Research on the On-line Measuring for Arrester

The paper gave a brief introduction of the principle and feasible design about the on line measurement for arrester with the presentation of the measuring system’s theoretical system, hardware make up, diagram of electric principle, flow chart of software, and presented the anti disturbance measurement.
