  • On the basis of research of the motion estimation algorithms in H.264 standard, the software coder based on H.264 motion estimation was designed. The result of experiment showed that the software coder can markedly make compression ratio, signal noise ratio more effective while coding speed litter slowly. It has practical value in video monitoring system of mine.
