Design of Pressure Segment Control System of Solid Materials Transportation Pipeline of Long-distance and High-lift

  • In view of problems of switch-stopping of multi-stage pump stations and serious wear and tear of pipeline in running of transportation pipeline of Dahongshan iron concentrate caused by long transportation pipeline,multiple large U-ups and downs,high-lift,large transportation pressure,a technology scheme of pressure segment control was put forward,namely using energy consumption plate to realize undisturbed switching-over of multi-stage pump stations and solve problem of stopping fault because of pressure,and using energy consumption plates to solve accelerated flow caused by large U-ups and downs,high-lift and large pressure and reduce wear and tear of pipeline wall caused by accelerated flow.The practical application of the pressure segment control technology(validated) its effectiveness.The lastest check of scientific and technical literature showed that the technology is innovative design.
