  • In view of problems of existing data collection system of main ventilator,the paper put forward a design scheme of remote data collection system of main ventilator based on CDMA 1X network.It introduced structure and composition of the system,the design and implementation of data collection,data transmission and the control-center in details.The system takes PLC as core and realizes real-time monitoring of ventilator with processes that data collection system collects data of temperature,air volume,air pressure and others, CDMA DTU and CDMA 1X transmit the data to control-center,and the data is displayed on the control-center.Actual applications showed that the system can monitor real-time information of ventilator rapidly and ensure ventilator safety.
