Design of Intelligent Water Level Monitor of Mine Based on S3C2440

  • In order to solve problems of multi measured points, lack of measuring workers, huge workload, high requirement of real-time and large man-made error in water level monitoring of mine at present, a design scheme of intelligent water level monitor of mine based on S3C2440 was introduced. The monitor measures water level of different measured points by use of PTP601 submerged liquid level sensor. The collected data can be displayed on LCD at field after being processed and stored by S3C2440, and can be transmitted through RS485 to upper computer of monitoring system for mine water level to be displayed real-timely and analyzed for early alarming. The actual running result showed that the intelligent water level monitor of mine has good real-time and high reliability.
