Research of a New Type of Measuring Device for Air Flow and Air Pressure of Mine-used Local Fa

  • The working principle and design of software and hardware of a new type of measuring device for air flow and air pressure of mine-used local fan based on MSP430149 single-chip microcomputer were introduced. The device has functions of real-time display of air flow and air pressure and alarming when ventilation stops, and can convert air flow and air pressure signals to frequency signals and transfer the signals to upper computer. The device is suitable for all kinds of underground local axial fans and fills a domestic gap in this field. The testing result showed that the device has advantages of easy operation and high measuring precision and reliability.
