Hardware Design of Temperature Monitoring System of Bearing Based on CAN Bus

  • It can find fault of slurry pump timely and can avoid phenomenon of bearing burning and roll damage that detects temperature of rolling bearing real-timely. According to the principle, the paper proposed a design scheme of temperature monitoring system of bearing based on CAN bus. It mainly introduced hardware design of the system, namely design of main controller, temperature sensor, CAN communication circuit, display circuit and alarming circuit, and gave anti-interference measures of hardware. The actual test result showed that the system can realize detection for temperature of bearing effectively, which ensures safe running of slurry pump.
