  • In order to solve the problem of power supply of WSN node, the paper put forward a scheme of environmental electricity generation of using environmental radio wave to supply power for WSN node. It detailly introduced composition of environmental electricity generation system of radio wave and composition and performances of RF-DC converting circuit of the system. The results of theory analysis and ADS simulation indicated that 4-grade voltage-multiplier rectifier can get 4.3 V output voltage on condition that power of input signal is 0 dB?m, which verified feasibility of the scheme tentatively.
