  • According to characteristics of mine personnel positioning system and ZigBee, the paper put forward a method of regional networking approach of mine personnel positioning system based on ZigBee, designed a clustering routing algorithm named FEECP, and gave application model of FEECP algorithm in mine. The simulation results showed that the FEECP algorithm is excellent in routing overhead, packet delivery ratio and end-to-end delay. The routing algorithm can find routing quickly, reduce routing control overhead, save energy and accurately locate underground personnel.
