Study on Automatic Adjustment of Zero and Correction of Sensitivity of Mine Intelligent Methane Sensor

  • This paper presented the mechanism of automatic adjustment of zero and correction of sensitivity of mine intelligent methane sensor. The statistical analysis of the result measured from the underground was adopted as a basis of the compensation for correction of the zero point and sensitivity. The design of the automatic adjustment and correction system 80C31 single-chip microcomputer as its center was studied. Meanwhile, the testing results revealed without and with the automatic adjustment and correction system were given.
