  • The workflow technology is a rapidly developing technology of business process automation currently.In order to improve the efficiency of software development and the flexibility and robustness of software,the paper presented a framework of lightweight workflow engine based on.Net and database through analysis the problems existing in the process of software development and implementation,(discussed) how to use.Net platform and databse technology to develop workflow engine in detail,and gave the design principle and detailed methods of denotation and implementation.The workflow engine has been(applied) in practical applications,and the practice has proved it can significantly shorten the development(cycle) of business-critical and meet the demand of use of user structurally.
