  • In order to improve utilization rate and optimize website, the paper established a Web data stream mining system and introduced the system's frame structure. Besides, it took campus network of Shangqiu normal college as an example to describe working flow of Web data stream mining and concrete realizing flow of Web resource service. The practice showed that realization of resource service based on Web data stream mining technology can make full use of information and resource of website and provide personalized Web resource service to users real-timely and efficiently.
