New Technology of Quick and Safe Support Removal of Fully Mechanized Face

  • In order to overcome shortcomings in safety, working speed and material consuming of traditional supporting removal technology of fully mechanized face, the paper introduced a new technology of quick and safe support removal taking support removal of 1214(3) fully mechanized face of Zhangji coal mine as an example. The new technology uses anchor net to support roof and anchor to support two sides of runnel, so as to simplify technology of tunnel support, and uses several supports as shield supports to improve safety of support removal. Besides, the roof can cave itself without maintenance with the shield supports' forward movement. The actual application showed that the new technology is safe and quick, and can create obvious economic and technique benefits.
