  • Based on the study of traditional wireless motor-ID coding sensor,the paper discussed design of software and hardware of a new type of wireless motor-ID coding sensor based on WinCE embedded system in details.Transmitter of the wireless motor-ID coding sensor took embedded system as control core,and could realize information exchange between man and machine and information display by use of touch-LCD and optimize access mechanism of wireless channel with CSMA-CA algorithm by detecting channel energy threshold.Receiving substation of the wireless motor-ID coding sensor also took embedded system as control core,and could realize decoding of motor-ID,meanwhile response commands of the upper monitoring substation to collect motor-ID.
