  • Aiming at the shortages of performance detection of mine-used steel wire such as more error, low efficiency and bad management of data, the paper put forward a design method of steel wire performance detection system. It introduced hardware configuration, software design and characteristics of the system. The system used three network layers to monitor and control steel wire snap equipment, and adopted configuration software WinCC and database to realize computing and statistic steel wire performance parameters, which improved detection precision of the system. The system has certain application value.
