Design of Remote Virtual Vibration Measurement System Based on Data Socket Technology

  • In view of shortcoming of traditional vibration measurement instrument of machine,the paper designed a system of remote vibration parameters measurement and dynamic characteristics analysis based on graphical programming language LabVIEW, and detailedly introduced basic structure and software(design) of the system. The system collected vibration signal at the Server and used Data Socket technology to transmit data And at the Client, programs could process and display signal in real time and analyze its spectrum, estimate parameters such as inherent frequency, damping ratio etc. The experimental result showed that the system has well human-computer interface and the calculation result is correct, so it can satisfy demands of industrial measurement
