Research of of Fuzzy Control of Air Valve Based on PLC

The paper put forward a detection method of porosity of jig bed through analyzing slicing process of jig bed and introduced design of fuzzy control system of jigger’s air valve and its implementation method based on the detection method.The system took PLC as core, fuzzy algorithm as controller, which realized automatic control of parameters of jigger’s air valve and improved quality of separation of raw coal.
