  • The paper put forward a real-time monitoring scheme of developing terminal software of mobile telephone based on the technology of J2ME and realizing reception of real-time monitoring alarming and inquiring of real-time monitoring data by use of functions of GPRS of mobile telephone. It introduced the structure and advantages and shortcomings of the technology of J2ME and described design method of terminal software of mobile telephone based on the technology of J2ME and implementation method of real-time monitoring with mobile telephone in details.
