  • The paper introduced composition,working principle,design of hardware and software of a monitoring system of gas concentration based on AT89C2051 single-chip microcomputer and VB6.0.The system can not only realize real-time monitoring and prewarning for gas concentation in mine,but also has alarming function of rate of gas increase,which provides a scientic measure to prevent and decrease gas disaster.
