Design of accelerated-life test platform of centrifugal pump based on double circulating lines for isolation measurement

  • For the problems of complex failure process and defective failure database for centrifugal pump, an accelerated-life test platform of centrifugal pump based on double circulating lines for isolation measurement was designed. The platform uses sand particle diameter and particle concentration as accelerated life stress factors of centrifugal pump, and selects flow-head curve as evaluation index of its life. The test results show that the platform can accelerate failure process of centrifugal pump, and can implement centrifugal pump characteristic curve fitting and on-line measurement of test data, which satisfies requirement of accelerated life tests.
