Design of testing and aging system for mine-used DC power supply board

  • In view of problem of cumbersome test and time-consuming aging process of mine-used DC power supply board, a testing and aging system for power supply board was designed. The system achieves automatic detection of assembly unit of the power supply board, easies the process of testing and aging, and improves production efficiency. It uses method of increasing output current and reloading load resistance to shorten aging period from 6 d to 4 d, and uses compact three-dimensional cabinet structure to greatly reduce the space occupied during the aging process.
