Abstract
Existing status of power source of permanent magnetic controller for mine-used high-voltage switch was analyzed with a conclusion that existing products were poor in reliability, large in electromagnetic interference and long in action time. A design scheme of power source of permanent magnetic controller for mine-used high-voltage switch was proposed by use of active power factor correction technology as well as a design example based on ML4824. The design example has actual power factor of 0.98, output ripple wave voltage of 2.4 V and a little of harmonic wave interference. The design example shortens charging time of electric capacity when it is used in permanent magnetic controller for mine-used high-voltage switch, and makes breaking time of permanent magnetic controller achieve the same level of ones on the ground.
