Abstract
In view of problem of multi-motor driving system of belt conveyor which takes speed variable hydraulic couplers as driving device and uses traditional methods to control power balance between drive motors, namely dynamic characteristics of the system is poor during its running process and adjustment accuracy of power balance is low, the paper proposed a fuzzy control method of power balance of multi-motor driving belt conveyor: implement closed-loop control for turbine speed of hydraulic couplers, so as to ensure constant speed of the conveyor belt when load of working machine changes, and adopt fuzzy controller instead of traditional PID controller to improve the adjustment accuracy of power balance. Matlab simulation results show that the fuzzy control method can effectively improve dynamic performance of the system and adjustment accuracy of power balance.
