Design of wireless detection system of driving device of scraper conveyor

  • In view of problems of complex wiring and bad reliability because current driving device of scraper conveyor uses wired detection mode, a wireless detection system of driving device of scraper conveyor based on RFID technology was designed. Parameters collected by various sensors are sent to nRF24LE1 radio frequency module, and the nRF24LE1 radio frequency module sends the data to wireless receiving substation which includes embedded chip S3C4510B through antenna. The wireless receiving substation transmits the data to CAN/Ethernet gateway of roadway through CAN bus. The debugging result shows that the system has high reliability and can detect each parameter of the driving device of scraper conveyor without wire connection.
