Evaluation model of information service capability of coal enterprise

According to characteristics of information services of coal enterprise, an information services capability index system was constructed using method of functional groups, which includes information resources, information services infrastructure, information service satisfaction, information service mode and information services result. The information service capability evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network was proposed. The model can evaluate the information service capabilities of coal enterprise information services platform objectively, which has advantages such as simple operation, fast calculation, self-learning and so on.
