Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of oxidation kinetics testing equipment for coal spontaneous combustion tendency on the basis of oxidation kinetics testing method of coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and introduced working principle of the equipment, selection of gas source, design of supply equipment of standard gas, building of coal sample response, type selection of gas analyzing instrument and design of control and displaying board. The experiment showed that the equipment can realize functions of automatic sampling, automatic analysis and on-line collection, and the experimental result is repeatable excellently, which verifies stability of the equipment.
Application of Distributed Fiber Temperature Measurement Technology in Coal Mine

Abstract:
The principle of distributed fiber temperature measurement was introduced,application and implementation of distributed fiber temperature measurement system in coal belt conveyor, power transmission cables, electrical equipments and fire prevention for goaf were mainly analyzed. The industrial test showed that the system can monitor temperature accurately and warn opportunely, and the measurement error is ±1 ℃, the positioning accuracy is 1 m, the response time is 20 s.
Identification Algorithm of Joints of Powerful Conveyor Belt

Abstract:
In view of problem of difficult location of fault existed in real time fault detection methods of powerful conveyor belt, the paper proposed an identification algorithm of joints of powerful conveyor belt based on image processing technology which takes a joint as a reference point. Firstly, based on the characteristics of joint points, a joint point is represented by a value. According to the value, upper or lower joint point could be distinguished simply. Then according to the features of joints, matching style of the longest common subsequence algorithm was modified and applied to recognize joint. The practical application showed that the algorithm has high precision and fast speed, can efficiently recognize joints of powerful conveyor belt and satisfy demand of joint locating of fault detection of powerful conveyor belt.
Automatic Control System of Coal Mine Air Compressor Based on PLC

Abstract:
In view of problem of artificial local control mode of traditional air compressor, the paper introduced a design of automatic control system of coal mine air compressor based on PLC. The system uses PLC as control core, which achieves functions of parameters acquisition, data processing, data remote transmission, fault alarm, automatic control and so on, and the system also realizes unmanned on duty for coal mine air compressor to lay a good foundation for digital mine.
Design of Explosion-proof and Intrinsic Safety DC Stabilized UPS Used in Coal Mine

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety DC stabilized UPS used in coal mine based on the principle and characteristics of intrinsic safety power supply, introduced design of main circuit of the power supply. The power supply uses LM317 chips to realize voltage stabilization, which has advantages of convenient to use, simple protection circuits, high conversion efficiency and low cost. The test results showed that the power supply reaches intrinsic safety standard and meets with demands of safe electrical equipments.
Research of Performance Testing Method of Section Monitoring System for Roadheader

Abstract:
The paper presented a performance testing method of section monitoring system according to general working principle of section monitoring system. The method measures spatial position of feature point on cutting header by setting references of roadheader and roadway, and projected spatial track of a series feature points obtained on the plane where section outline was defined according to the references of roadheader and roadway when cutting header completes section scanning under guiding to section monitoring system, so as to form a real section outline. Finally, the method compared the real section outline with the defined one according to indexes of angle error, position error and shape error to complete performance evaluation of section monitoring system. The experimental result showed that the method is effective and accurate.
Analysis of Short Circuit Faults of Distribution Network and Research of Its Identification Methods

Abstract:
The paper analyzed characteristics of voltage variation of phase voltage and neutral point of single-phase grounding fault and two-phase grounding fault happened with different neutral-grounding ways. It put forward fault identification methods of whole distribution network combining with fault characteristics of three-phase and two-phase short circuit fault. The simulation result showed that the methods have advantages such as less analog parameters, simple judgement rules and quicker calculation with practical value.
Fault Location Method of Underground Cable Based on Wavelet Analysis and Neural Network

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of poor reliability and accuracy of existing fault location methods of underground cable, the paper introduced a fault location method of underground cable based on wavelet analysis and neural network, and compared performance of BP neural network and RBF neural network used in the method. The method uses 3B-spline semi-orthogonal wavelet to do wavelet transformation for transient-state zero-sequence current so as to get modulus maxima of transient-state zero-sequence current in specific frequency bands. The modulus maxima is taken as inputting signals of neural network, and realizes fault location according to mapping relationship between the modulus maxima and position of fault point. The simulation results showed that the method can realize fault location of underground cable, and the method with RBP neural network is better than BF neural network in location error and network training.
Line Selection Device of Small Current Single-phase Grounding Fault Based on Integrative Line Selection Strategy

Abstract:
For the deficiency of single line selection principle, the paper proposed integrative line selection strategy, namely zero sequence admittance method, zero sequence susceptance increment method and zero sequence conductance method based on steady-state fault component, mutual integral of transient current based on transient-state fault componet. A line selection device for small current single-phase grounding fault was developed based on the above method. The line selection device can select different line selection algorithm according to different neutral grounding through keyboard, and realize integrative line selection based on steady-state and transient grounding fault. The experiment result showed that the line selection device is effective for high impedance grounding fault and arcing grounding fault.
Design of a Novel Self-adaptive Stator Flux Observer Based on Popov's Inequality

Abstract:
In vector control system of asynchronous motor, control performance is often influenced by accuracy of estimated flux value. On the basis of analysis for flux observer based on low-pass filter, the paper put forward a control scheme of model reference self-adaptive used to estimate resistance of stator and rotor and rotate speed of motor, and designed a novel self-adaptive stator flux observer based on Popov's inequality. The observer can accurately obtain estimated values of stator resistance and rotate speed, and distinctly improve its performance. The simulation result verified advantages of the observer.
Image Fusion Algorithm for Industrial Endoscope Based on Wavelet Transform

Abstract:
In view of problem of bad effect of image collected by industrial endoscope because of special application place, the paper proposed an image fusion algorithm based on multi-scale wavelet transform and different fusion operators. Firstly, it made wavelet transform for source image, then used simple average algorithm to fuse low frequency coefficients which represents approximate information and used dynamic weighting average algorithm based on local deviation to fuse high frequency coefficients which represent detail information. Finally, it made inverse wavelet transform of processed low and high frequency coefficients to get fused image. The experiment result showed that the algorithm improves image processing effect with better image parameters comparing with other algorithms.
Research of Harmonic Detection Method of Active Power Filter

Abstract:
In view of problem that common ip-iq harmonic current detection method cannot consider filtering effect and real-time performance simultaneously because of using digital low-pass filter, the paper put forward a kind of improved method using mathematical morphological filter to instead of digital low-pass filter. Through selecting proper structure elements, a low-pass morphological filter was designed combining with basic morphological operations. The simulation results showed that the real-time performance of improved method is better than the one of common harmonic detection method under ensuring detection accuracy, which has certain reference and practical value.
Research of Brushless Doubly-fed Machine with Non-salient Pole

Abstract:
In view of problem that conversion efficiency of rotator flux of brushless doubly-fed machine influences on working efficiency, the paper proposed an optimal design scheme of non-salient pole rotator structure of brushless doubly-fed machine. It made optimal design for non-salient pole rotators with less function, namely changing theirs groove to half open-slot and changing theirs length-width ratio constantly; it used finite element software ANSYS to analyze brushless doubly-fed machine with non-salient pole under different length-width ratio rotators structure to gain distribution of excitation of power winding and control winding; it used Matlab software to decompose magnetomotive force of rotator to gain harmonic content of magnetomotive force of rotator, so as to determine the most effective harmonic content. The experiment result showed that brushless doubly-fed machine with non-salient pole has the best energy conversion efficiency at rotator structure with 15 times length-width ratio when setting length-width ratio of non-salient pole is 10, 13, 15, 17 and 20 respectively.

The paper introduced usages and functions of workstation of monitoring system of mine-used beam tube, analyzed and compared workstations of monitoring system of beam tube of gas chromatograph type and combined type in term of hardware control and aided software, and drew a conclusion that the workstation of monitoring system of beam tube of gas chromatograph type has more functions, higher integration degree, easier to use. It pointed out development trend of workstation of monitoring system of beam tube.

In view of problems of multi approval procedures, long approval time and uneasy to control approval quality existed in traditional operation regulation, the paper put forward a design scheme of operation regulation management system based on SOA coal mine information platform, and introduced key technologies and function modules design of the system in details. The system adopts network technology to integrate existing safety production information systems, so as to realize information sharing, which improves efficiency and quality of approving of operation regulation.
Development of Monitoring Device for Underground High-pressure Dustfall Water Supply System

Abstract:
According to requirements of water supply of underground high-pressure dustfall system, the papper developed a monitoring device of underground high-pressure dustfall water supply system based on PIC18F4580 single-chip microcomputer, introduced hardware and software design of the device. The device can real-timely monitor water level, pressure, running status of tank, and can incorporate these protection status information into mine monitoring network through CAN bus interface and conversion unit, so as to realize remote monitoring. The experimental results showed that the monitoring device reaches design requirement and can guarantee real-time monitoring and safety operation of high-pressure dustfall water supply system.

According to test requirements of comprehensive protection functions in General Specification of Test Platform of Mobile Lifesaving Cabin of Coal Mine (Permission for Manuscript), the paper proposed a design scheme of test platform of comprehensive protection functions of mobile lifesaving cabin of coal mine. It gave general framework of the test platform and detailedly introduced implementation of thermostatic chamber and inside and outside monitoring system of the cabin. The test platform is in combination stage of hardware and software at present.

The paper introduced three kinds of mine communication system including administrative communication system, dispatching communication system and wireless communication system, put forward a solution of integrated wire/wireless communication system of coal mine, and introduced composition, main equipments, function and characteristics of the system. The application result showed that the system realizes effective integration of wire and wireless communication system of coal mine and accomplishes purpose of centralized dispatching and commanding.

The paper introduced X-ray detection theory, designd a monitoring system of conveyor belt of steel rope core based on X-ray, and expounded design of hardware and software in details. The system can realize on-line and full speed detection and provide X-ray transmission image at any location of the conveyor belt. Through comparison and processing of image of the conveyor belt, the system can locate the areas of wire damage, wire stretching and patch spot, and give an alarm automatically.

Abstract:
In view of problems of no functions of real-time data display and processing, automatic closed-loop control and communication interface of current sensor calibration devices, the paper put forward a method of applying configuration software and Modbus communication agreement in mine-used gas sensor calibration device. The method can connect sensor calibration device with upper computer through a serial port and Modbus communication agreement and single-chip microcomputer, can control entire process of sensor calibration and dynamically collect and process data for each sensor. The practical application showed that the method can realize automation, precision of mine-used gas sensor calibration device, which guarantees safety production of coal mine.

For normal use of water supply rescue system, the paper designed a monitoring system of mine water supply pipeline. The system can real-timely monitor parameters of pipeline flow, pressure, temperature and others through sensor, and transmit collected data to monitoring substation. Meanwhile, the monitoring substation can real-timely upload monitoring data to main and standby monitoring computer which makes analysis of received data to determine whether pipeline is abnormal, and saves the finished form data, forms reports and curve analysis for decision makers. The practical application showed that the system is stable in running and reliable in operation and can reflect true underground hydrology, which provides reliable basis for water supply rescue system.

The application service platform realizes modularized application, which can make data extraction, intelligence analysis, visualization display of existing systems through geographic data analysis capabilities of WebGIS, and provides a series service of application platform such as personnel navigation, video monitoring, disaster avoiding and rescue, analog of gas distribution and mine pressure distribution and so on.

In order to solve problems of poor reliability and lacking of visual and effective early-warning signal of traditional fault protection system of belt conveyor in coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of underground early-warning system of belt conveyor. The system adopts technologies of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety PLC and industrial field bus and realizes functions of linkage control of multi belt conveyors, fault monitoring and early-warning in forms of words and sound. The application result showed that the system is stable in running and strong in reliability, which improves efficiency of fault early-warning and treatment of belt conveyor.

According to characteristics of intrinsic safety electrical equipments used in coal mine, a signal isolator for explosion-proof and intrinsic safety computer used in coal mine was designed, design of hardware circuit of the isolator was mainly introduced in this paper. The isolator is used to connect main computer of intrinsic safety computer with external input/output devices, which can real-timely transmit input data with keyboard and has good function of signal isolation and anti-interference performance.

Abstract:
In view of importance of roof separation monitoring of mine roadway, the paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring system of roof separation. It gave structure and arrangement scheme of measured points and detailedly introduced hardware and software design of surrounding rock movement sensor which can measure displacement of roof separation. It also analyzed determination methods of position of roof separation and alarm threshold of displacement of roof separation. The actual test result showed that the system realizes real-time monitoring for displacement of roof separation with 2.5% measuring precision.

Abstract:
In view of problem that AmigoBot mobile robot did not support local programmable control and was only a network terminal, the paper proposed a design scheme of upper computer control system of AmigoBot mobile robot based on OMAP3530 and Android embedded platform. It gave hardware and software structure of the system, and introduced process of transplanting Android system on OMAP3530: firstly, clipping Android system to make its core function modules not only meet with requirements of the system, but also be irredundant;then designing application softwares of Aria control software and wireless communication of AmigoBot mobile robot on the basis of clipped Android system. The experiment result showed that the system solves problem of local control and improves expanding ability of AmigoBot.
