基于ARM的矿用通信分站CAN接口的设计

Design of CAN Interface of Mine-used Communication Substation Based on ARM

  • 摘要: 通信分站在煤矿安全监控系统中起着非常重要的作用。文章提出了一种基于ARM的矿用通信分站CAN接口的设计方案,详细介绍了ARM微处理器S3C44B0X扩展CAN控制器SJA1000的接口设计方法。该方案采用CPLD实现S3C44B0X与89C52单片机高速并行通信接口及1扩2外设中断管理器,具有实现简单、可靠性高、CPU利用率高等优点。实验结果表明,该方案使通信分站不仅成为具有就地查询显示、就地键盘控制等功能的采集与转发装置,还具有CAN网桥功能。

     

    Abstract: Communication substation has important function in coal mine safety monitoring and control system.The paper proposed a design scheme of CAN interface of mine-used communication substation based on ARM,introduced design method of CAN controller SJA1000 expanded by ARM microprocessor S3C44B0X in details.The scheme used CPLD to realize parallel communication interface with high-speed between S3C44B0X and 89C52 single-chip microcomputer and PIE12,and had the advantages such as simple implementation,high reliability and good CPU availability.The experiment result showed that the scheme not only made the communication substation become the device of collection and retransimission with functions of enquiry and display on the spot and keyboard control on the spot,but also the communication substation has function of CAN bridge.
