抽油机检测系统的设计与应用分析

Design and application analysis of detection system of pumping unit

  • 摘要: 针对当前中国大部分油田主要凭借人工经验判断抽油机运行状况而无法及时发现抽油机故障的问题,从系统功能、硬件设计及软件设计等方面介绍了一种全新的抽油机检测系统设计方案。该系统采用集散式控制结构及GPRS无线通信方式,实现了对抽油机电动机电流及电压、荷载、位移等参数的监测。

     

    Abstract: For problem that most of oil fields in China determines operating conditions of pumping unit mainly by virtue of human experience, and cannot detect failure of pumping unit timely, the paper introduced a new design scheme of detection system of pumping unit from system functions, hardware design and software design. The system uses distributed control structure and GPRS wireless communication mode to achieve monitoring of current and voltage of motor, load, displacement and other parameters of pumping unit.
