基于电力载波的综掘工作面监测系统设计

Design of monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face based on power line carrier

  • 摘要: 针对传统的综掘工作面监测系统采用敷设专用电缆信道为主、无线通信方式为辅的通信方法存在维护难度大、通信距离和可靠性受限的问题,提出了一种基于电力载波的煤矿井下综掘工作面监测系统。该系统利用煤矿现有电力电缆进行通信,不需要敷设专用通信电缆,大大降低了系统成本,减少了因通信链路故障而导致的通信中断问题,实现了对综掘工作面的稳定、可靠监测。

     

    Abstract: For problems that it was difficult to maintain, communication distance and reliability were constrained of traditional monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face with communication method of laying dedicated cable channels based and wireless communication supplemented, monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face based on power line carrier was proposed. The system uses existing coal power cables to communicate, without laying dedicated communication cables, which greatly reduces system cost and decreases problems of communication interruption due to link failure, realizes stable and reliable monitoring of fully mechanized excavation face.
