基于SIP的矿用应急通信业务系统设计

Design of mine-used emergency communication service system based on SIP

  • 摘要: 设计了一种基于SIP的矿用应急通信业务系统,详细介绍了系统架构设计及紧急呼叫、通信终端区域定位、多路对讲和语音广播等业务流程的设计。该系统遵循标准SIP协议及3GPP提出的标准SIP协议扩展框架,实现了具有较高集成度的矿用调度通信与应急通信业务系统,为矿山井下通信联络、安全生产提供了有效的联络手段与通信保障,提高了井下通信系统的综合利用率。

     

    Abstract: The paper designed a mine-used emergency communication service system based on SIP, described designs of the system architecture and business processes including emergency call, region location of communication terminal, multi-channel intercom and voice broadcast. The system follows the standard SIP protocol and its extension framework proposed by 3GPP, realizes highly integrated mine-used dispatching communication and emergency communication service system, which provides effective contact means and communication protection, and improves comprehensive utilization of underground communication system.
