红外甲烷传感器光学气室设计

Design of optical air chamber of infrared methane sensor

  • 摘要: 介绍了红外甲烷传感器光学气室结构设计原则,推导出该光学气室的最优光程长度为60 mm,通过测试得到该光学气室直径为10~30 mm时红外甲烷传感器的响应速度较快,从而确定该气室直径为20 mm;采用RCS2000(A)自动配气系统对基于该光学气室的红外甲烷传感器进行了实验测试,结果表明,该光学气室具有一定的可行性和较高的灵敏度。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced design method of structure of optical air chamber of infrared methane sensor in details, and derived that the optimal light path length of the optical air chamber is 60 mm, and the tests show that the sensor responses faster when diameter of the air chamber is 10~30 mm, thus determined the diameter of the infrared air chamber as 20 mm. It used RCS2000(A) automatic gas distributing system to make experimental test for the infrared methane sensor based on the optical air chamber, the test results validate good feasibility and sensitivity of the gas chamber.
