Abstract: In view of visual application requirements of professional subsystems of digital mine such as underground personnel location and attendance system, safety monitoring and control system, ventilation information management system, underground equipments management system and monitoring and management system of water supply and drainage, a basic GIS system of digital mine was designed. The system takes measured geographic data as basis to generate ground objects distribution map of mine and can provide basic GIS function service, so as to realize management and analysis function for professional subsystems.
