Abstract: Inview of particularity of informatization project of a coal enterprises, taking informatization project in a coal enterprise as an example, the paper analyzed existed problems in process of project implementation, put forward some objective and reasonable countermeasures, and established problem feedback and treatment mechanism, so as to realize dynamic management of the process of project implementation, which has a certain reference for implementation of informatization system.
