Abstract: In view of problem that existing monitoring system of continuous endless-rope winch has only protection, speed regulation functions, but has't video monitoring function, a wireless monitoring system of continuous endless-rope winch was designed, and design of wireless monitoring function of the system was introduced in details. The system installs video equipment on shuttle car and runway to real-timely monitor running status of shuttle car, realizes functions of start and stop, speed regulation, protection and wireless video monitoring for continuous endless-rope winch, improves operation safety of winch.
