煤矿安全监控系统常见误报警原因分析及软件处理方法

Causes analysis of false alarm of coal mine safety monitoring and control system and its software processing method

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿安全监控系统在实际使用中由于外部干扰产生的误报警问题,分析了误报警原因,提出了一种通过上位机软件处理误报警的方法。该方法通过系统监测值的变化状态和持续时间可判断出传输线路干扰、传感器不稳定、供电不稳时产生的误报警,有效避免了误报警的产生,提高了煤矿安全监控系统的稳定性和准确性。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem that coal mine safety monitoring and control system would take place false alarm in practical use because of external interference, the paper analyzed causes of happening false alarm in coal mine safety monitoring and control system, puts forward a processing method of false alarm by PC software. The method can judge false alarm of transmission line interference, unstable sensor, unstable power supply by change status and duration of monitoring data of monitoring system, so as to avoid occurrence of false alarm, improve stability and accuracy of coal mine safety monitoring and control system.
