一种基于STM32与CPLD的软启动器设计

Design of soft starter based on STM32 and CPLD

  • 摘要: 针对现有带式输送机、粉碎机软启动设备大多采用8位或16位单片机作为微处理器,存在运行速度较慢,软件编程不灵活等问题,设计了一种基于STM32与CPLD的软启动器。该启动器采用STM32F103C8T63微处理器为智能控制核心,采用CPLD为辅助控制核心, 根据电压检测、电流检测及外部输入设备反馈回来的信息产生相应的输出,通过驱动电路对3组反并联的晶闸管触发角进行控制,从而改变电动机的启动电压或者频率,达到控制电动机启动的目的。实验结果表明,该软启动器克服了电动机直接启动时瞬间电流大的缺点,对改善异步电动机的启动特性具有很好的效果。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of slow running speed, inflexible software programming existed in motor soft starter for belt conveyor and shredder because of taking 8 or 16 bits single-chip microcomputer as microprocessor, a soft starter based on STM32 and CPLD was designed. The starter adopts STM32F103C8T63 as intelligent control core and CPLD as assistant control core, generates a corresponding output information according to feedback information of voltage detection, current detection and external input device, and uses drive circuit to control trigger angle of three sets of inverse parallel thyristors to change motor starting voltage or frequency, so as to control the motor starting. The experimental results show that the soft starter overcomes disadvantage of big transient current of direct starting of motor, which has a good effect for improving start features of asynchronous motor.
