输送带上煤含水率检测装置设计

Design of a detection device of coal moisture on conveying belt

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿在利用输送带运输煤炭的过程中容易发生煤自燃的问题,提出了一种输送带上煤含水率检测装置的设计方案,介绍了装置的硬件和软件设计。该装置利用微波透射法,通过测量微波功率衰减得到煤的含水量。标定实验证明该装置具有误差小、测量精度高的优点,为煤矿测量输送带上煤含水率提供了一种有效方法。

     

    Abstract: For problem that it is easy to take place spontaneous combustion in conveying coal by use of conveyor belt, a design scheme of detection device of coal moisture on conveying belt was proposed, and design of hardware and software of the device were introduced. The device adopts microwave transmission method to get coal moisture content through measuring microwave power attenuation. The calibration experiment demonstrates that the device has advantages of low error and high measuring accuracy, which provides an effective method of measuring coal moisture on conveying belt.
