Design of monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下巷道狭窄、视线差、会车困难和调度信息不畅等问题,设计了一种无轨胶轮车监控调度系统。该系统采用RFID技术实时采集井下无轨胶轮车辆的运行数据信息,实现了井下车辆定位跟踪、车辆调度管理功能;采用分布式自动控制调度方式对车辆行进方向进行判断,通过信号灯对行进车辆进行交通指挥。现场应用表明,该系统能够充分利用人员定位系统中的井下设备,满足煤矿现场应用需求。
    Abstract: In view of problems of narrow roadway and bad sight line, difficult meeting and blocked scheduling information in coal mine underground, a monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine was designed. The system adopts RFID technology to real-timely collect operation data of underground trackless rubber-tyred locomotive, so as to realize functions of location, tracking and scheduling management of vehicle; and uses distributed automatic control and scheduling mode to judge vehicle travel directions, and uses signal light to command locomotives. The practical application shows that the system can make full use of equipments of personnel positioning system, and meet with requirements of mine field application.
