Abstract: A design scheme of integrated monitoring device for scraper conveyor was proposed, and designs of structure, functions, hardware and software of the device were introduced. The device takes single-chip microcomputer ATmeg128 as core, achieves monitoring of oil temperature and level of reducer, water pressure and flow of cooling water, motor winding temperature, and function of tail stretching monitoring.
