  • 摘要: 为提高汽车发动机冷却系统的性能,结合新型FlexRay车载网络总线技术,提出了一种车载冷却风扇智能控制系统的设计方案。该系统采用多参数复合的线性控制信号,即同时采集冷却系统温度数据和发动机工作状态参数,由MCU综合处理后输出PWM控制信号,实现了对冷却风扇的实时、高效控制。测试结果表明,该系统能够很好地实现多节点间数据的读写和传输,具备较高的实时性、可靠性和精确度。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve performance of vehicle engine cooling system, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent control system for vehicle cooling fan combined with new vehicle network bus technology of FlexRay. The system uses multi-parameter composite linear control signal, namely collects temperature data of the cooling system and working state parameters of the engine, and sends them to MCU for integrated treatment, then MCU outputs PWM control signal. It achieves real-time and efficient control for the cooling fan. The test results show that the system is able to achieve data reading and writing and transmission among multi-node with high real-time performance, reliability and accuracy.
