深部开采局部降温技术在徐庄煤矿的应用

Application of local cooling technology in deep mining of Xuzhuang Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 分析了徐庄煤矿深部开采局部地区热害现状及井下局部制冷降温系统的设计要求;提出了适用于徐庄煤矿的局部可移动机械制冷降温方法:采用闭式循环水系统,并采用2台TS-300B井下制冷装置分别对-750水平西轨道大巷和胶带输送巷道进行制冷降温;介绍了制冷降温系统的设计方案,测试了系统降温效果,并进行了效益分析。现场应用结果表明,井下局部制冷降温系统大大改善了井下工作环境,提高了高温条件下职工的出勤率及生产效率,但还存在制冷装置排热受环境影响较大、冷凝器喷淋水损失较大等问题。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzed heat disaster status of local region in deep mining of Xuzhuang Coal Mine and design requirements of underground local refrigeration cooling system. It proposed local mobile and mechanical refrigeration cooling method which is suitable for Xuzhuang Coal Mine:use closed-loop water system, and use two TS-300B underground refrigeration devices for refrigeration cooling of -750 west track roadway and belt transportation roadway respectively. It introduced design scheme, testing result of cooling effect and benefit analysis of refrigeration cooling system. Field application result shows that the system has greatly improved underground work environment, attendance and productivity of workers in high-temperature conditions, but there are still issues that heat exhaust of the refrigeration device is easily affected by environment, spray water of condenser has great loss and so on.
