基于振动及声音监测的带式输送机旋转部件故障诊断研究进展

Research progress on fault diagnosis of rotating parts of belt conveyor based on vibration and sound monitoring

  • 摘要: 煤矿井下运输关键装备带式输送机的健康监测技术是确保煤矿运输系统稳定高效运行、实现安全隐患实时监控预警、保障煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑。首先聚焦于煤矿井下带式输送机的滚筒、托辊、轴承等旋转机械关键部件,分别阐述了各部件在运转过程中易发生的典型故障以及相应故障监测方法的基础上,依次从信号预处理方法、特性提取方法及故障识别方法三个环节,对基于振动与声音信号监测的故障诊断研究进展进行了对比与梳理;然后,总结了现有煤矿井下带式输送机在健康监测及故障诊断领域中遇到的主要挑战。最后,展望了煤矿井下带式输送机故障诊断技术的研究与应用在未来需要进一步关注的潜在方向。

     

    Abstract: The health monitoring technology of belt conveyor, the key equipment of coal mine underground transportation, is the core technical support to ensure the stable and efficient operation of coal mine transportation system, realize real-time monitoring and early warning of potential safety hazards and ensure the high-quality development of coal industry. Firstly, focusing on the key components of rotating machinery, such as drum, idler and bearing, etc. of belt conveyor in coal mine, the typical faults and corresponding fault monitoring methods of each component during operation are expounded respectively, and the research progress of fault diagnosis based on vibration and sound signal monitoring is compared and combed from three aspects: signal preprocessing method, characteristic extraction method and fault identification method. Then, the main challenges in the field of health monitoring and fault diagnosis of existing underground belt conveyors in coal mines are summarized. Finally, the potential direction of research and application of fault diagnosis technology of belt conveyor in coal mine in the future is prospected.
