一种新型矿用铅酸蓄电池智能充电器的研制

Development of a new type of smart charger for mine-used lead-acid battery

  • 摘要: 针对传统的矿用铅酸蓄电池充电器体积大、充电效率低、输入功率因数低等问题,研制了一种新型智能充电器。该充电器由多环节电压功率单元组成,通过对IGBT逆变器的方波脉冲进行移相控制,实现从输入2种制式的交流三相电压至直流电压0~300 V、电流0~120 A的连续可调节变换。实验结果表明,该充电器很好地实现了恒流至恒压再至浮充的三段式工作模式,充电电流、电压都比较平稳;充电过程中蓄电池组电解液密度反应平稳,无气泡冒出,温度无明显变化。

     

    Abstract: For problems of bulky, low charging efficiency, low input power factor and so on of traditional charger for mine-used lead-acid battery, a new type of smart charger was developed. The charger is composed of multi-link voltage power units, achieves continuous and adjustable transformation from input three-phase AC voltage with two standards to DC voltage of 0-300 V and current of 0-120 A through phase shift control of square wave pulse of IGBT inverter. Experimental results show that the charger achieves three-stage operating mode from constant current to constant voltage and then to float charging, the voltage and current are relatively stable; electrolyte density reaction of the battery group is stable without bubbles, and the temperature do not change obviously in the charging process.
