Design of Coal Blending Control System Based on Profibus-DP

  • 摘要: 针对某洗煤厂现有PLC配煤控制系统存在线路多、距离远、信号干扰、可靠性差、故障点多等问题,提出了一种基于Profibus-DP现场总线的配煤控制系统改造设计方案,详细介绍了系统的拓扑结构、称重控制器数据上传和变频器通信的改造方法、硬件设备的相关参数设置、硬件组态配置等。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定,提高了配煤质量,降低了系统故障率,系统可维护性好。
    Abstract: In view of problems of too many connections, long distance, poor reliability and many fault points of PLC control system for coal blending used in coal cleaning plant, the paper proposed a reform scheme of coal blending control system based on Profibus-DP fieldbus, and introduced the system topological structure, reform methods of data upload of weighing controller and frequency converter communication, hardware parameter settings and configuration. The actual application showed that the system runs stably, improves quality of coal blending and reduces failure rate with good maintainability.
