煤矿斜巷轨道运输综合监控系统设计

Design of Integrated Monitoring and Control System for Inclined Drift Transportation of Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对目前大多数矿井斜巷运输设施可靠性差、控制方式落后的问题,提出了以PLC为控制核心的煤矿斜巷轨道运输综合监控系统设计方案,详细介绍了系统结构、主要现场设备及系统功能。该系统实现了绞车速度、位置测量及行车人员监测,通过视频监视装置实现了斜巷的可视化,通过通信联络装置实现了各区段维护人员与绞车司机、地面人员与斜巷人员的联系。实际应用表明,该系统操作灵活方便,可靠性强。

     

    Abstract: For problems that most inclined drift transportation devices of mine had poor reliability and backward control mode, the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated monitoring and control system for inclined drift transportation of coal mine taking PLC as control core, described system architecture, main field equipments and system functions in details. The system achieves speed and location measuring of winch and monitoring of moving vehicles and staff, realizes visualization of inclined drift by video surveillance devices, and implements contact of ground staff and inclined drift staff, as well as maintainer of each section and winch drivers by communication devices. The practical application shows that the system has flexible and convenience operation and strong reliability.
