辐射型配电网络中智能零时限电流保护的应用

Application of Intelligent Current Protection of Zero Time Limit in Radial Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 针对多级辐射状配电网络中传统电流保护无法同时满足选择性及速动性要求、存在保护死区等问题,介绍了一种智能零时限电流保护方案的原理及其应用实例。智能零时限电流保护采用光纤实现上下级电流保护间的信息交换,解决了上下级保护配合问题;将各级保护装置速断延时定值均整定为0 s,使得进线的速断保护可同时作为母线故障的主保护,从而解决了保护死区问题。应用结果表明,该方案能够成功地阻挡井下越级跳闸。

     

    Abstract: For problems that traditional current protection in multistage radial distribution network cannot meet selectivity and speed requirements at the same time and has protection dead zone, principle and application examples of an intelligent current protection scheme of zero time limit were introduced. Optical fiber is used to achieve information exchange between current protections at the lower and upper levels, which solves the problem of protection coordination. Delay time of quick break protection of protection devices at all levels are set to 0 s so that quick break protection of incoming line can be the main protection of bus fault at the same time, which solves the problem of protection dead zone. The application result shows that the scheme can block underground override trip successfully.
