电动轮矿用车启动电压降解决方法

Solution of Starting Voltage Drop for Mining Truck with Electric Wheel

  • 摘要: 针对电动轮矿用车在发动机启动后因蓄电池组电压降导致控制系统无法正常重启的问题,分析了发动机启动过程中蓄电池组的电压变化情况,提出了增加为控制系统单独供电的蓄电池组、修改控制线路2种解决方案;分析了2种方案的优缺点,认为方案2更佳。工厂调试和工业性实验表明,方案2表现优越。目前采用该方案的电动轮矿用车已在某矿山成功运行4 000 h,保证了发动机控制系统100%的启动成功率,而且启动过程安全、可靠。

     

    Abstract: For problem that control system of mining truck with electric wheel cannot restart after the engine started caused by voltage drop of battery pack, the paper analyzed voltage changes of battery pack in the process of engine starting, and proposed two solutions: increase batteries for separate power supply of the control system, and modify the control circuit. It analyzed advantages and disadvantages of the two solutions and figured the second option is better. The results of plant commissioning and industrial experiments show that the second option is superior. Presently the mining truck with electric wheel adopting the second solution has been successfully operating for 4 000 h, which ensures success rate of start-up of the engine control system is 100%, and starting process is safe and reliable.
