煤矿本质安全支撑体系平台研究

Research of Support System Platform of Intrinsic Safety of Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对目前我国煤矿安全形势依然严峻的现状和国内煤矿安全管理信息化系统建设存在的问题, 提出建立以本质安全理论为基础, 以风险预控为核心, 以人、机、环、管理本质安全为主线, 具有开放式系统架构的符合国内煤矿管理现状、体现煤矿现代信息化管理理论与方法的煤矿本质安全支撑体系平台。该平台实现了矿井重大危险源识别与排查、预测分析、分级评价功能, 使事故风险降到最低;通过可视化培训、岗位对标、制度及措施管理等手段及相关配套装备提高员工安全知识和技能, 使其具有良好的安全意识, 确保各项安全管理措施得到有效落实, 从而实现矿井本质安全化管理。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the grim actuality of safety situation of coal mine in China and the problems existed in construction of domestic information system of coal mine safety management, the paper proposed the establishment of support system platform of intrinsic safety of coal mine with open system architecture, which is accorded with management status of domestic coal mine and can reflect modern informatization theories and methods of coal mine management. The platform is based on theory of intrinsic safety, and takes risk pre-control as the core and the intrinsic safety of human, machine, ring and management as main line. The platform realizes identification and investigation of major dangerous source, predictive analysis and classification evaluation, which minimizes the risk of accidents. The platform uses measures of visualization training, position responsibilities, institution and measure management combined with related equipments to improve safety knowledge and skills of the staff, make them have a good safety awareness, and ensure the effective implementation of various safety measures, so as to achieve intrinsically safe management of coal mine.
