基于三维可视化平台的煤矿综合自动化系统设计

Design of Mine Integrated Automation System Based on 3D Visualization Platform

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿综合自动化系统中的工业组态软件不能很好地处理空间信息的问题,设计了一种基于三维可视化平台的煤矿综合自动化系统;给出了基于该系统的数字矿山的总体结构,详细介绍了该系统结构及三维可视化平台与综合自动化系统的数据集成和数据接口方式的实现。实际应用表明,该系统实现了巷道、工作面、井下机电设备场景的精细建模,提高了矿井的现代化管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem that industrial configuration software cannot well process space information in current mine integrated automation system, a mine integrated automation system based on 3D visualization platform was designed. General structure of digital mine based on the system was given, structure of the system and implementation of data integration and data interface method between 3D visualization platform and integrated automation system were introduced in details. The actual application shows that the system realizes fine modeling of scenes of roadway, working face and underground electromechanical devices and improves modern management level of mine.
