基于双干簧管的矿用磁性接近开关设计

Design of Mine-used Magnetic Proximity Switch Based on Double Tongue Tubes

  • 摘要: 针对提升机电控系统的减速开关和提升机综合后备保护装置的同步开关均采用单干簧管而存在误动作的问题,设计了一种基于双干簧管的矿用磁性接近开关;分析了干簧管的工作原理,详细介绍了该接近开关的结构、工作原理及性能。实际应用表明,该接近开关具有结构简单、防水、防爆、防振动、动作性能安全可靠等特点,有效保证了卸煤、卸料时提升机电控系统的减速开关和提升机综合后备保护装置的同步开关的正常工作。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of incorrect operation because that decelerate switch of electric control system of hoist and synchronous switch of backup protection device of hoist all used single tongue tube, a mine-used magnetic proximity switch based on double tongue tubes was designed. Working principle of tongue tube was analyzed, structure, working principle and performances of the proximity switch were introduced in details. The actual application shows that the proximity switch can effectively ensure normal working of decelerate switch of electric control system of hoist and synchronous switch of backup protection device of hoist when unloading coal and materials with characteristics of simple structure, waterproof, explosion-proof, vibration-proof and safe and reliable action performance.
